Anglian PHE offers a genuinely comprehensive service covering plumbing, heating and electrical work — from a simple burst pipe or blocked toilet through to a major boiler or electrical fault. We’re based out of Sudbury, and the bulk of our work has always come from Haverhill and the surrounding villages, which is why we’ve kept our coverage to a tight, well-known radius rather than spreading thin.

One of our biggest advantages is local knowledge. Working the same thirty-mile patch for over two decades means our engineers know the housing stock, the older systems, and the back roads — so when you call, help isn’t far away. Our average response time for an emergency call-out is around one hour.

Every engineer on the team is Gas Safe registered and NAPIT approved for electrical work, and every job — big or small — is fully insured. That’s the standard you should expect from a business that’s been trusted with people’s homes since 1993.

Every Anglian PHE van carries common parts, valves and fittings, so most jobs are fixed on the first visit — no waiting around for a return trip. Vehicles are GPS tracked, which lets us send the nearest available engineer to your door and keep emergency response times down.

Every engineer is liveried and carries ID, so you always know exactly who’s arrived. And because we’re commercial-ready as standard, the same team handles offices, shops and larger call-outs — not just domestic work.
